Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has spoken out on one Chelsea situation that would truly see their fans fume over.

It’s not exactly blown up with big Chelsea transfer news but this is probably because at the moment the club have been concentrating on playing in the Club World Cup.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea have three goalkeeper targets and are still in for Mike Maignan and want to sell two current GKs!

I’m fully convinced Chelsea will go for a goalkeeper still this window but it is something that will happen later on in the window. And despite the Mike Maignan thing consistently being played down now, I can still see Chelsea going back for him – as is actually reported in the story above!

There is also a situation bubbling up with Andrey Santos, who will be disappointed not to have played yet for Chelsea in the Club World Cup and will surely be weighing up his own future right now. The Santos noise is soon going to start increasing.

Chelsea fans on edge

There are so many Blues fans who are just not confident that the club are going to make the right decisions in the market this summer, and you can fully understand why.

You have to wait and see how it plays out, but the latest rumour has got them fuming once again and have even seen them make the #NoToGarnacho hashtag on X.

Romano says on the fresh Alejandro Garnacho to Chelsea rumours:

“Chelsea and Manchester United are aware of the opportunities of Christopher Nkunku and Alejandro Garnacho. No negotiations yet.”

This all started due to The Telegraph reporting that Chelsea and Manchester United are weighing up a possible scenario where Nkunku and Garnacho could go to opposite clubs.

If this happens, Chelsea fans on the whole would be fuming.
