Noni Madueke is ramping up preparations for his first full pre-season with Arsenal.

According to reporter Simon Collings, the 23-year-old winger, who joined Arsenal for an initial £48.5m last summer, is heading to Dubai for the second phase of his summer break,

He will combine warm-weather relaxation with an intensive personal conditioning programme before reporting for club duty.

Madueke was granted an extended summer break following his participation at the 2026 World Cup, where he helped England secure a third-place finish.

Rather than easing back into action, Madueke has chosen to dedicate the final part of his break to high-intensity preparation in the Middle East.

Dubai has long been a favoured destination for Premier League stars seeking elite personal training during the off-season.

Madueke is expected to work with specialised performance coaches on drills focused on sharpness, explosive acceleration and cardiovascular endurance.

By putting in the hard yards under the Middle Eastern heat, the former PSV Eindhoven star aims to reach peak physical shape.

Madueke’s commitment to his physical conditioning underlines his determination to establish himself in Arsenal’s squad.

Competition for places is fierce, with Bukayo Saka eyeing a more productive 2026/27 campaign after being managed for large parts of last season.

Madueke will link up with the rest of his teammates when his personal training regimen in Dubai is complete.

Arsenal will begin their pre-season campaign with a clash against La Liga side Girona on Saturday, followed by matches against Real Betis, Borussia Dortmund and Como.
