Northampton Town won the top-two clash in FA Women’s National League Division 1 Midlands, Chorley went level on points with Leeds United at the top of the North.

Sporting Khalsa hit basement side Halifax 6-1 to get out of the relegation zone at the expense of Stourbridge.

Barnsley WFC 4-2 Boldmere St Michaels Lincoln United P-P Notts County Loughborough Lightning 9-0 Lincoln City (Att: 55) Northampton Town 1-0 Leafield Athletic Peterborough United 1-0 Worcester City Sutton Coldfield Town 5-0 Solihull Moors (Att: 57)

Northampton Town edged the top-of-the-table clash with Leafield Athletic 1-0, Kim Farrow converting a second-half penalty. Peterborough United went second when also winning by the only goal against Worcester City, Megan Lawlor dramatically putting away a stoppage-time free kick via the crossbar. Loughborough Lightning netted nine past Lincoln City, Jade Arber and Zynia Delglyn both with trebles. Barnsley WFC beat Boldmere 4-2 to go level on points with them, Sutton Coldfield scored five against Solihull Moors with Niamh Deasy getting three of them.

Division 1 North

AFC Fylde 1-4 Barnsley FC Chorley 5-3 York City (Att: 88) Durham Cestria 3-2 Doncaster Rovers Belles (Att: 40) Norton & Stockton Ancients P-P Stockport County

Chorley moved level on points with leaders Leeds United after beating York City 5-3. Durham Cestra twice trailed to Doncaster but eventually beat them with Erin Nicholson’s 89th-minute effort. Barnsley FC beat Fylde 4-1 away where Jodie Gregory scored twice.

Division 1 South East

Actonians 1-5 Cambridge United (Att: 31) Ashford Town P-P Real Bedford London Seaward 0-1 Chesham United (Att: 41) AFC Sudbury P-P Chatham Town

Cambridge United struck four second-half goals for a fine 5-1 win at Actonians, Sarah Wiltshire and Bella Simmons each with a brace. Becky Fraser’s goal gave Chesham United the points at London Seaward, as they stepped four points clear of the bottom two.

Division 1 South West

Abingdon United P-P Bridgwater United Maidenhead United P-P Moneyfields Portishead Town P-P Bournemouth Sports Swindon Town 1-2 Keynsham Town (Att: 40)

Swindon Town missed the chance to retake top spot, Keynsham Town defeating them with goals by Naomi Clipston and Imogen Stocker to go up to fourth spot.
