‘Not a big game player’ – Real Madrid fans take aim at Blancos star vs Liverpool | OneFootball

Supporters of La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Tuesday taken firm aim at a leading member of the club’s midfield ranks.

The player in question? Arda Güler.

Youngster Arda was for his part in from the off once more this evening, as Real Madrid made the trip to Anfield to lock horns with Liverpool in the Champions League.

To this point in proceedings on Merseyside, however, the Turk has come up short in efforts to make his presence felt.

Arda has too often seen the game pass him by, struggling with the hectic pace.

It should be noted that the 20-year-old is far from the only Blancos star to have toiled across the matchup to date, with the likes of Eduardo Camavinga and Kylian Mbappé some way off their best, too.

The Real Madrid faithful, though, have taken issue with Arda more than any other.

This comes amid mounting suggestions that the young midfielder is simply not cut out for the club’s most high-profile fixtures:
