The Al Nassr & Portugal superstar shows no signs of slowing down with 99 goal in 112 match since arriving in Saudi Arabia and bold dream still driving him: reaching 1000 career goals before he retires. He currently sits just 51 goal away from that target.
In recent video shared by WHOOP, Ronaldo revealed what he considers the most important tool behind his enduring excellence and it’s not diet or gym work.
"Sleep is the most important tool I have, To be consistent with the time that I go to bed and wake up. I sleep around 11 or 12 and wake up around 8:30. That’s my routine , probably the most important thing we have for health & longevity" Ronaldo said.
Ronaldo’s focus on sleep consistency rather than just hours of rest highlights his deep understanding of recovery.
