Nottingham Forest will start the 2026/27 Premier League season at home to Leeds United on 22 August and finish away to newly-promoted Coventry City on 30 May at 4pm.

Nottingham Post reports that the schedule gives Vitor Pereira’s side a demanding start and a travel-heavy festive period.

After Leeds, Forest visit Liverpool on 29 August, host Tottenham Hotspur on 5 September, then head to Aston Villa on 12 September.

The Christmas programme sends them to Manchester United on Boxing Day, then to Newcastle United on 30 December for an 8pm kick-off.

Four of their final seven matches are at the City Ground, including home games against Liverpool, Sunderland and Crystal Palace, with Ipswich Town the penultimate visitors. May brings trips to Brighton and Hove Albion and reigning champions Arsenal.

Pereira took charge in February as the club’s fourth head coach of 2025/26, guiding a 16th-placed finish and a Europa League semi-final. Avoiding another relegation fight is the aim, with a push up the table and a quick return to Europe the target.
