Nottingham Forest interested in Udinese’s Lorenzo Lucca

Article image:Nottingham Forest interested in Udinese’s Lorenzo Lucca

Lorenzo Lucca has had a incredible year for Udinese this time around, having scored 10 goals and assisted another in Serie A at the time of writing. Naturally so, he has been attracting a lot of interest from elsewhere, in particular from the Premier League.

As per Messagero Veneto, Nottingham Forest have their sights firmly set on the Italian. Forest’s season has been nothing sort of incredible and they look set to qualify for next season’s Champions League. With that in mind, they will look to add quality and depth to their squad and have identified Lucca to be rotated with Chris Wood. But they are by no stretch the only ones monitoring him. Inter and Napoli have been linked too as have Arsenal and Liverpool. Atletico Madrid have been mentioned too but that is a very unlikely option. Udinese however will not be doing any discounted deals. They want a deal with a baseline of €30m fixed and at least €5 in additional bonuses. They have already sold Beto to the Premier League in the past on a good deal. Luckily for them, they already have a readymade replacement for Lucca in Iker Bravo.
