Nottingham Forest are considered extremely unlikely to sanction a deadline day exit for James McAtee.
Sky Sports reports that several Premier League clubs are keen on the 23-year-old, who has had a slow start at the City Ground.
There has also been overseas interest, with Como, RB Leipzig, Stuttgart, Marseille and Feyenoord making enquiries in recent weeks.
Forest hope the former Manchester City trainee has turned a corner after an excellent Europa League display against Ferencvaros.
After Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace, Sean Dyche downplayed the prospect of departures, saying: “I think it’s highly unlikely, unless it’s our decision. We’ve got control of that, that’s for sure.”
