The Red Devils will look to build on their winning run
Manchester United could extend their winning run to four matches as they visit Sean Dyche’s Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
After a dismal start to the campaign saw United win just two of their first seven matches, things finally seem to be clicking under Ruben Amorim.
They battled to a dramatic 4-2 win over Brighton last time out and downed Arne Slot’s crisis-stricken Liverpool the week before.
Saturday’s match will be Sean Dyche’s third as Nottingham Forest boss, and the new manager bounce was short-lived.
A win over Porto on his debut was promptly followed by a 2-0 loss away to Bournemouth, and he will hope to get back to winning ways here under the watchful and impatient eye of Evangelos Marinakis.
Nottingham Forest vs Manchester United is scheduled for a 3pm GMT kick-off on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
The match will take place at the City Ground in Nottingham.

Forest will definitely be without a pair of first-team stars in Ola Aina and Dilane Bakwa for United’s visit to the Midlands, though two others are in line to return to the pitch.
Chris Wood is pushing to return from a knee injury and make his first appearance under Dyche, while Oleksandr Zinchenko is shaking off a groin problem which has been described as “touch and go.”
Harry Maguire missed United’s win over Brighton with a knock, and he does not seem to be ready to face Forest, either. Asked for an update on his condition pre-match, Amorim said: “I don’t know about Harry Maguire. The rest are fit.”

With that said, Saturday’s outing will come too soon for Lisandro Martinez, who is back in full team training after tearing his ACL in February but still unready to return to competitive play.
Matheus Cunha has a remarkable record against Forest, scoring three times in four appearances, and should be set to return to the side.
There is an undeniable good feeling around United at the moment - one which will have permeated the entire club.
Last week’s win over Brighton was arguably their biggest result of the season so far, with three of the four goals coming from summer signings.
As things start to click for the Red Devils and Dyche remains in the early days of his tenure, there is little evidence to suggest United cannot get the job done.
