Nottingham Forest host Tottenham Hotspur at the City Ground on Saturday, with injuries likely to shape selection. According to Nottingham Post, up to six players could be absent.
Forest are seeking a first win after a 2-2 draw with Liverpool followed an opening-day defeat to Leeds United. Spurs have lost both their first two matches, 3-0 at Brentford then 2-0 to Newcastle United.
Oliver Glasner has a near clean bill of health. Nicolo Savona is the sole confirmed absentee, still working back from a knee injury sustained in January. The 23-year-old is in partial training and Glasner hopes he can rejoin fully during the international break and return soon after.
Spurs could be without as many as four players. Kulusevski offered a small boost by making Roberto De Zerbi’s 25-man Premier League squad, though a competitive return remains several weeks away. He has been sidelined for about 15 months with a knee problem and, despite resuming training, the club are unlikely to rush him.
Richarlison has been omitted from Spurs’ squad for the season, with his future in north London uncertain after an unsuccessful move to Everton. Xavi Simons is also unavailable as he continues his knee recovery, while Wilson Odobert remains out with an ACL injury sustained in February. James Maddison is a concern after breaking his shoulder against Brentford weeks ago. He has returned to training, and De Zerbi may exercise caution.
