Just 18 days after leaving Nottingham Forest, Nuno Espírito Santo has returned to management as the new head coach of West Ham United.
The Portuguese boss begins a fresh chapter in east London, taking charge of the Hammers.
He replaces Graham Potter, who was dismissed following a poor run of form, with the club hoping Nuno can steady the ship and spark an upturn in results.
Ironically, West Ham’s only league win so far this season came against Forest - a result that helped bring Nuno’s brief spell at the City Ground to an end under Evangelos Marinakis.
The 51-year-old has signed a contract until June 2028, with the club hoping he can deliver the kind of success he enjoyed previously at Wolves - and, for a time, at Forest.
His first game comes on Monday with a trip to Goodison Park to face Everton.
