Le Havre beat Angers 2-1 at Stade Océane, ending a six-match winless Ligue 1 run and climbing from 15th to 13th.

Kenny Quetant opened the scoring in the 21st minute, rifling into the top right after Rassoul Ndiaye's pass.

Before the interval, Issa Soumaré struck the bar from close range. Melvin Zinga also denied Ayumu Seko with a header to keep Angers in it.

After the restart, Louis Mouton levelled for the visitors (55.) from an Arcus Carlens cross. Paul Argney then thwarted Marius Courcoul with a smart save as the game opened up.

Substitute Noam Obougou decided it with a low finish (81.), again created by Ndiaye for his second assist of the match.

Le Havre registered 11 attempts, hitting the target six times. Angers produced nine attempts and three on target.

Next, Le Havre visit Rennes. Angers host Toulouse in the Coupe de France.
