Official: 6 Real Madrid stars called up for international duty | OneFootball

Six members of the first-team ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid have late this week been afforded respective international call-ups.

This of course comes ahead of the upcoming October break.

Real Madrid will play out their final fixture for the next two weeks on Saturday, in a La Liga meeting with Villarreal.

Following as much, Xabi Alonso’s squad will spread across all corners of the globe, to link up with their respective national teams.

And as alluded to above, on Friday, six such Blancos stars were made aware of their upcoming commitments with their countries.

In Europe, David Alaba has been called up by Austria, Thibaut Courtois by Belgium, Arda Güler by Turkey, and Dean Huijsen by Spain.

Looking further afield, Brahim Díaz has been named in Morocco’s latest squad, whilst Franco Mastantuono is part of Argentina’s latest round of recruits, too.

This follows Real Madrid pair Kylian Mbappé and Eduardo Camavinga being called upon by France on Thursday.
