Atalanta have picked up teenage Croatian talent Sergej Levak as a free agent after his contract with Roma was allowed to run down.
The creative midfielder only celebrated his 19th birthday in May and is said to be one of the brightest talents on the Croatian football scene.
Originally part of the NK Osijek youth academy, he moved to Roma in 2023 at a cost of €500,000.

Last season Levak scored seven goals and provided four assists in 35 games for Roma at the Primavera youth team level.
His contract ran down and there were numerous clubs interested, including Bayern Munich, but he decided to continue his career with Atalanta.
Initially, he will play in the Atalanta Under-23 side, which participates in Serie C, but is expected to step up rapidly to the senior squad under new coach Ivan Juric.
His contract with La Dea runs to June 2030.
The player has two goals in two caps for Croatia at Under-19 level.
