Parma have officially announced their signing of centre-forward El Bilal Toure, who became the most expensive arrival in Atalanta’s history when he joined from Almeria in the summer of 2023.

Toure has joined Parma on an initial season-long loan deal, although reports from Alfredo Pedullà indicate that there will be a potential obligation to buy for a fee in the region of €10m if certain ‘complicated’ conditions are met.

This will be the third consecutive season that the Mali international has spent out on loan away from Atalanta.

He joined La Dea in a club-record deal reported to be worth €30m in the summer of 2023, but a serious knee injury massively impacted his availability and productivity during his first season in Serie A.

He then joined VfB Stuttgart in the Bundesliga for the 2024-25 season, where he scored two goals from 12 league appearances, and then went to Turkey to represent Besiktas in 2025-26, scoring five from 22 outings in the league.
