FC Barcelona have swept the board at the prestigious Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai, receiving resounding validation for their spectacular 2024/25 campaign.
1n a ceremony attended by the elite of world football, the Blaugrana were the undisputed protagonists of the night, taking home the top prizes in the dedicated La Liga categories.
The jury and fans recognised Barcelona’s domestic supremacy by crowning them the Best Club in La Liga.
This serves as a testament to the team’s consistency and dominance throughout the year, where they have re-established themselves as the team to beat in Spain.
The architect of this success, Hansi Flick, was rightfully named the Best Coach in La Liga. Since taking over, the German tactician has transformed the squad into a high-pressing machine, blending tactical discipline with the raw talent of La Masia.

However, the most celebrated moment of the evening came when Raphinha was announced as the Best Player in La Liga.
This is a welcome recognition for the Brazilian international, who was not even in the conversation for the Ballon d’Or title despite enjoying a career-defining season, marked by relentless goal contributions.
While the Parisian gala overlooked his explosion under Flick, the Globe Soccer Awards have provided a welcome recognition of his reality: he has been the most decisive footballer in Spain over the last 12 months.
Finally, Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal was also recognised as the Best U23 Player of the season in La Liga.
With the Best Club, Best Coach, Best U23 Player and Best Player trophies returning to Catalonia, Barcelona end 2025 on a high note
