With the La Liga title in their grasp, FC Barcelona travel to Cornella tonight to take on cross-town rivals RCD Espanyol in the Catalan derby.

A victory over Manolo Gonzalez’s men tonight would secure the league title for Hansi Flick & co., as they would create an unassailable seven-point lead over Real Madrid with only two more matchdays left.

Ahead of the game against Espanyol, Barcelona boss Flick has announced the squad list of players available at his disposal for selection.

As was confirmed late last night, Ferran Torres is out of the game and possibly for the season after having undergone appendicitis surgery. Meanwhile, Inigo Martinez misses out due to suspension.

It opens up a spot for Andreas Christensen to possibly start tonight as Pau Cubarsi’s centre-back partner while captain Marc-Andre ter Stegen could also be in for a starting berth.

Pablo Torre has received the medical green light and returns to the squad having recovered from his knee discomfort.

Marc Bernal and Jules Kounde remain unavailable through injury but there could be minutes for players like Marc Casado and Ansu Fati, especially if the title is secured.
