Barcelona will look to reclaim their place at the top of the league table as they take on Real Oviedo at Camp Nou in about an hour or so.
The Catalans slipped to second place momentarily following Real Madrid’s win over Villarreal last night. But they will have the opportunity to retake the top spot with three points against Oviedo.
Heading into this encounter, Barcelona have already announced their starting eleven that will take on the bottom-placed team this evening.
The big headline is Joao Cancelo, who starts for the first time after sealing his return to Barcelona earlier this month.
Cancelo replaces Jules Kounde in the right-back position, while first-team regular Alejandro Balde has also been benched, paving the way for Gerard Martin to return to his favoured left-back position.
This means Eric Garcia will operate as a centre-back alongside Pau Cubarsi, with Marc Casado filling in for the injured Pedri in the middle of the park.
Casado will operate alongside Frenkie de Jong in the double-pivot, with additional support from attacking midfielder Dani Olmo.
There is not much change in attack, with Lamine Yamal, Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski forming the three-pronged frontline.
Fermin Lopez, who is in talks with Barcelona over a fresh renewal, starts on the bench, alongside the likes of Marcus Rashford and Roony Bardghji.
