FC Barcelona are set to kick off their next UEFA Champions League game against Club Brugge soon. Now in Belgium and away from home, the Catalan giants will need to be extra cautious about the way that they deal with this opponent.

After all, despite many people seeing Barça as the favorites to win this clash, Club Brugge is a formidable opponent. With great form on their side and the home supporters as well, it is not surprising to see Hansi Flick field a strong starting line-up against the Belgian side.

Here is the official starting eleven for La Blaugrana.

In goal, Wojciech Szczesny retains his place as the team’s best option in between the sticks for right now. While that could change in the near future, the Polish shot-stopper remains in goal for now.

Ahead of him, Eric Garcia and Ronald Araujo form the centre-back partnership and they will look to cause headaches for the opposition in any way possible.

On their flanks, Jules Kounde and Alejandro Balde start for Barcelona. Both players will have a lot of running and tracking back to do, but they are more than capable of delivering that and more.

In midfield, Marc Casado accompanies Frenkie de Jong in the deeper roles. They will be the ones trying to orchestrate how the game proceeds and they will be crucial for Barça if the Catalan giants want to be the team in control.

Ahead of them, Lamine Yamal and Marcus Rashford occupy the wings and they will look to be major attacking threats in this game. In between them, Fermin Lopez starts and will look to both feed passes to his forwards and try to find the back of the net himself as well.

Lastly, up top, Ferran Torres starts for Barça and he will be eager to get on the scoresheet. However, he will need to ensure that the chances created for him are not squandered and that the Catalan side can rely on him to convert the chances that come his way.
