After being on loan at Standard de Liège since the start of the season following 7 Ligue 1 appearances, Bernard Nguéné has now completed a permanent transfer to the Rouches. The deal was made official this Monday.

"Recently loaned to Standard de Liège, Bernard Nguéné has now been permanently transferred to the Belgian club as part of a new agreement. The 19-year-old Cameroonian striker joined OGC Nice in September 2024. Having arrived on the Côte d’Azur from Brasseries du Cameroun, Bernard Nguéné wore the red and black jersey 13 times in professional matches, including 12 this season before heading across the border. OGC Nice thanks Bernard for his commitment and professionalism, and wishes him all the best for the rest of his career," said OGC Nice in a statement.
