Elche have this morning announced the signing of Argentinian striker Darío Benedetto from Marseille on a season-long loan deal.
The 31-year-old Argentina international had joined the club in 2019 from Boca Juniors, scoring 17 goals over the course of his two campaigns in Provence.

Neither club has specified whether the deal involves a permanent clause or not, with Benedetto’s contract expiring at the end of the upcoming campaign.
