An official EFL announcement has confirmed the Carabao Cup Round Four draw.

The announcement (see below) on Tuesday morning giving the details.

The Carabao Cup Round Four draw will be made on Wednesday night.

That draw to be made after the conclusion of the Port Vale v Arsenal game, which is scheduled to be the last one to be completed of the third round.

That Port Vale v Arsenal match kicks off at 8pm tomorrow night.

Newcastle v Bradford is one of three other third round ties to be also played on Wednesday, all of those three are 7.45pm kick-offs.

If any of the third round matches are tied after 90 minutes, there is no 30 minutes of extra time played, it is straight to a shootout.

‘Carabao Cup Round Four draw confirmed

The Round Four draw of the Carabao Cup will take place live on Sky Sports following the conclusion of the Round Three tie between Port Vale and Arsenal on Wednesday 24 September.

Sky Sports presenter Simon Thomas will host the draw, alongside former Liverpool and England player Jamie Redknapp and ex-Sheffield United midfielder Michael Brown.

This season’s Round Three fixtures have been spread across two weeks, with Grimsby Town, Brentford, Crystal Palace and Swansea City already having booked their place in the next round draw with victories last week.

The 12 remaining ties will be played on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 August, with all available to watch live on Sky Sports.
