Félix Lemarechal (22) has joined Club Brugge from RC Strasbourg Alsace, it was confirmed on Saturday. The AS Monaco academy product has signed a deal that runs until the summer of 2029.

Lemarechal has been in and out of the team at Strasbourg this season, however, the midfielder has now made his departure from the French league. The midfielder, who previously spent a period on loan at Monaco’s satellite club, Cercle Brugge, has now made a return to the Belgian capital.

He leaves having played 46 times for Strasbourg, scoring five goals and registering seven assists in that time. Whilst the fee has not been disclosed, it is thought to be worth an initial €6.5m plus another €1.5m in bonuses. Lemarechal was signed by Le Racing back in the summer of 2024 for a fee of €6m. The Ligue 1 side, therefore, make a profit on a player who began to fall out of favour towards the end of Liam Rosenior’s reign.
