Official: Gasperini departs Atalanta | OneFootball

Gian Piero Gasperini has officially left Atalanta.

The Nerazzurri club has announced the termination of the contract with the Piedmontese coach, ending a nine-year cycle.

Now the coach is ready to begin a new experience on the Roma bench.

The Atalanta statement: “Dearest Mister, ours has been a wonderful story, more unique than rare in the world of football. Nine exceptional and intense years in which we have achieved extraordinary results in Italy and Europe.
