Official: Hansi Flick makes changes as Barcelona name XI to face Atlético Madrid | OneFootball

The XI of players set to be depended on by Barcelona for the club’s upcoming showdown with Atlético Madrid has been unveiled online.

And it features some altogether noteworthy inclusions.

Barcelona are of course primed to return to action in short order.

After seeing Real Madrid book their spot in the tournament finale at the expense of Real Sociedad last night, the Blaugrana have made the trip to Spain’s capital for the 2nd leg of their own Copa del Rey semi-final clash with Atlético.

The tie currently sits on a knife edge, after a pulsating 4-4 stalemate in the first leg back in late February.

In turn, it should come as little surprise to hear of Hansi Flick opting for an altogether strong line-up to take to the pitch at the Metropolitano.

The likes of Frenkie de Jong, Pedri, Lamine Yamal and Raphinha are all in from the off.

Rarer starts, meanwhile, are also afforded to Fermín López, and Ferran Torres.
