Álex Jiménez and Milan part ways much earlier than expected as the fullback joins the Premier League.

Jiménez joined Milan from Real Madrid in 2023 and was one of the most promising youngsters on the squad.

However, the 20-year-old fell out with coach Massimiliano Allegri and on the transfer deadline day he finds himself out of the club and joining Bournemouth.

“Milan can confirm that Alejandro Jiménez Sánchez has joined AFC Bournemouth on loan, with an obligation to make the deal permanent upon the completion of certain conditions. The Club would like to wish Alejandro all the best for the coming season,” a statement reads.

The details of the deal are the following: €1.5m for the loan + €18.5m for the obligation if Jiménez plays at least 18 games as a starter in the Premier League.
