Jordan Lotomba (25) had completed a move from OGC Nice to Eredivisie side Feyenoord. The Switzerland international has signed a three-year deal.
Lotomba has been linked with a move away from Nice throughout the summer, however, it is only after the closure of the window in France that a departure has taken form. An agreement between Le Gym and Feyenoord was found on Sunday, with Haise later confirming the deal.
“Lotomba is leaving, yes. It happened today,” said Haise. The defender’s departure brings an end to a four-year stay at Nice, following his €7m move from Young Boys back in August 2020.Over the course of his spell at the Allianz Riviera, he made 143 appearances, scoring twice and registering three assists. This season, his prospects of playing time looked limited with Haise designating him as back-up to Melvin Bard at left-wing-back.
Whilst the fee has not been disclosed, reports suggest that the deal taking Lotomba to the Netherlands is worth around €5m.
