“Real Madrid wishes him and his family the best of luck in this new stage of his life.”

Nico, 19, is held in the highest of regard at Real Madrid and made his first-team debut last season under Carlo Ancelotti.

The versatile attacking midfielder even scored in a UEFA Champions League game against Napoli and was part of the pre-season trip to the US this summer where he was on target in the Clasico.

However, with no place in the first-team squad at the moment, Real Madrid opted to part ways with the Argentine sensation, doing so while retaining a degree of control over his future.

Indeed, as reported, Nico joins Como in a deal worth €6 million, with Real Madrid retaining a 50% future sell-on clause as well as a buyback option for the teenager.

Nico Paz becomes the second Real Madrid youngster to move to Italy this summer after Rafa Marin signed for Napoli on a permanent deal.
