Real Madrid will be vying for their second trophy of the season tonight as they take on Mexican side CF Pachuca in the FIFA Intercontinental Cup in Qatar.
Ahead of the game at the Lusail Stadium, Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti has announced the starting lineup that will take the field.
The big news is that Kylian Mbappe, who had suffered an injury last week, is fit again and starts for Real Madrid in attack.
The Frenchman partners up with Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo Goes in the Merengues’ attacking unit.
As usual, Thibaut Courtois lines up between the sticks for Real Madrid, protected by the backline comprising Lucas Vazquez, Aurelien Tchouameni, Antonio Rudiger, and Fran Garcia. There is no place for Raul Asencio in the starting lineup yet again.
In-form man Jude Bellingham and Federico Valverde hold on to their spots in the middle of the park for Los Blancos. The other slot in midfield is taken up by Eduardo Camavinga, who makes his return from injury.
