Samuel Moutoussamy has found a new club. The Democratic Republic of Congo international midfielder has signed a two-year contract with Atromitos this Friday, September 12, 2025. The former Nantes player departs Sivasspor after just one season in Turkey.
Moutoussamy joins Atromitos in a transfer from Sivasspor. The Greek club has officially announced the arrival of the Congolese midfielder, who will wear the number 92 shirt. This addition aims to strengthen the team’s midfield as they rebuild for the 2025-2026 season.
Trained at Lyon and then Nantes, Moutoussamy made his professional debut in August 2017 with the Canaries. In 2020, he was loaned to Fortuna Sittard in the Netherlands before returning to Nantes, where he remained a regular squad member. His spell in Ligue 1 saw him rack up more than 200 appearances across all competitions, including several in the Europa League. In 2024, he joined Sivasspor in Turkey, making 37 official appearances. His move to Greece marks a new chapter in his career, with the goal of continuing to shine on the international stage.
