With the 2024/25 season coming to an end for FC Barcelona last Sunday, players will now embark on a brief break before joining up with their national teams.

Spain will be involved in the semi-finals of the UEFA Nations League next month, where they will face France for a spot in the finals.

Ahead of the blockbuster encounter, Luis de La Fuente has announced the squad list for the Nations League fixtures with as many as six Barcelona players included.

Indeed, Pedri, Lamine Yamal, Dani Olmo, Pau Cubarsi, Fermin Lopez, and Gavi have all been named in the Spain roster for the upcoming fixtures.

The selection marks the return to the national team for Gavi for the first time since his ACL injury back in November 2023, and he will be hoping to make the most of the recall.

However, Inigo Martinez, Eric Garcia, Alejandro Balde, and Ferran Torres miss out, with the latter still recovering after undergoing surgery for appendicitis.
