Racing Club de Strasbourg have announced the signing of Malmö winger Sebastian Nanasi (22) in an €11m deal. The 22-year-old Sweden international has put pen to paper over a five-year contract with the BlueCo-owned Ligue 1 club. Nanasi attracted interest from a handful of European clubs after impressing with his formative Malmö side. The 22-year-old winger has logged nine goals and ten assists in 21 games in all competitions with Malmö.
Strasbourg has been one of the busiest Ligue 1 clubs in the transfer window as Nanasi becomes the tenth player to join Liam Rosenior’s Alsaciens this summer. Strasbourg notably signed Southampton’s Sekou Mara and Lyon’s Mohamed Sarr. After clinching a 1-1 away draw at Montpellier last week, Strasbourg will host Stade Rennais this Sunday.
