Official: Torino sack Vanoli and hire Baroni | OneFootball

Torino confirmed the sacking of Paolo Vanoli and the appointment of Marco Baroni on Thursday.

Torino are among the many Serie A clubs changing their coach for 2025-26.

The Granata confirmed on Thursday that Vanoli had been sacked and replaced by ex-Lazio and Verona coach Baroni.

“Torino football club and the coach Paolo Vanoli won’t continue together next season,” the Granata said in a statement.

“The club wants to thank Vanoli and his staff for the commitment and dedication this season and wishes them the best for the future.”

OFFICIAL: TORINO HIRE BARONI AS NEW HEAD COACH

The confirmation of Baroni’s appointment came shortly afterwards: “Torino FC are glad to announce that Marco Baroni will take charge of the first team from July 1, 2025.

“The coach has signed a two-year contract.”
