La Liga outfit Valencia have on Friday announced another new addition to the club’s first-team ranks.
This comes after confirmation of Enzo Barrenechea’s loan arrival from Premier League outfit Aston Villa earlier in the day.
This time round, Los Che have secured reinforcements in the attacking third, more specifically out wide.
As per a statement across Valencia’s website and social media platforms, an agreement has been reached with La Liga rivals Atlético Madrid, for Germán Valera.
Winger Valera, who spent last season out on loan with Real Zaragoza, has put pen to paper on the terms of a four-year contract at Mestalla.
‘Valencia CF has reached an agreement with Atlético de Madrid for the signing of Germán Valera until June 30, 2028.’
Valera’s arrival in Valencia brings to a close a six-year spell for the 22-year-old on the books the aforementioned Atlético.
Across this time, though, the talented youngster managed just a solitary La Liga appearance.
