OGC Nice have reached an agreement with Ligue 2 side Stade de Reims for the transfer of Senegalese goalkeeper Yehvann Diouf (25). Le Parisien reports that Les Aiglons have wrapped up the signing of Diouf, who was one of the best-performing goalkeepers in Ligue 1 last season, despite Reims’ relegation. The 25-year-old Reims captain was under contract with the Champagne side until 2027, but he was not expected to pursue his career in the second-tier.

The outlet adds that Nice fended off competition from Ligue 1 rivals RC Lens and Serie A side Torino to secure the services of Diouf. The Senegal international will replace Marcin Bulka between the sticks at Allianz Riviera. The Poland international will leave Les Aiglons amid interest from Sunderland and Neom. Bulka has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with the Saudi Pro League side.
