Olympique de Marseille will have to do without Amine Gouiri for the Coupe de France quarter-final against Toulouse FC this Wednesday night. Still recovering from a muscle issue, the Algerian international has not yet been deemed fit for this crucial fixture.
Speaking at a press conference, Habib Beye confirmed the Marseille staff's cautious approach:

"For Gouiri, it's still too soon. He's in the reconditioning phase and we don't want to take any risks. The goal is to have him back at 100%."
Already absent during the league win over Lyon, the striker continues his recovery process. OM hopes to have him available for their next Ligue 1 challenge.
