On the road, the under-20s beat Aguaí and stay unbeaten in the Paulista

The U-20 team beat Aguaí 3-0 this Friday (7) at Leonardo Guaranha Stadium in Aguaí, São Paulo, in the Paulista Championship for the age group. With goals from Gustavo Miranda, Renan, and Davi Pena, the team reached 21 points and remained unbeaten in the competition.

Tricolor controlled the match throughout the first half. The best chance of the period came from Matheus Menezes, who fired a dangerous low shot after the goalkeeper spilled the ball. After the break, the team kept up the pressure and was rewarded. Before the five-minute mark, Gustavo Miranda, with a header, and Renan, with a volley, scored for the Made In Cotia side. Late on, Davi Pena took advantage of João Costa’s pass to seal the win.

São Paulo’s next match in the state competition will be against Novorizontino on Tuesday (11) at 3 p.m. at Dr. Jorge Ismael de Biasi Stadium in Novo Horizonte, São Paulo.
