One in, one out: Real Madrid name squad to face RB Salzburg | OneFootball

La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Tuesday unveiled the club’s matchday squad to face RB Salzburg.

And it features one noteworthy inclusion and omission alike, following Sunday’s La Liga meeting with Las Palmas.

Real are of course primed to return to action on Wednesday evening, when they turn attentions back towards matters on the continent.

Fresh off back-to-back victories over Celta Vigo and Las Palmas, Carlo Ancelotti’s troops will welcome the aforementioned RB Salzburg to Spain’s capital for a Champions League showdown.

And the squad of players set to be tasked with making it a trio of successive victories across all competitions at Salzburg’s expense has today been unveiled.

As alluded to above, it features one headline absence, with Lucas Vázquez set to sit out a suspension tomorrow night, leaving Ancelotti and his coaching staff with no fit right-backs.

On the other hand, returning to the fray after missing out over the weekend is Aurélien Tchouaméni, who has recovered from a minor fitness problem.
