As part of OneFootball's collaboration series with Shoot Music we're interviewing an artist about their love of football and, over the next few weeks, it will be all about the World Cup.

This week it's DMA'S lead singer and Australia fan, Tommy O'Dell.
How excited were you for the World Cup to get underway this summer?
I couldn't wait for it - the time zones are great too for me. My house is decorated in Australia colours, but also England for my dad and Netherlands for my wife.I think Mexico, USA and Canada are doing an awesome job of hosting - I love those stadiums over there.
Being at the Australia vs Uruguay qualifying game in November 2005 and watching [John] Aloisi put that penalty away. I was behind the goal and it was incredible scenes - “limbs”. Thinking about it now gives me goosebumps.
How do you rate Australia's chances this year?
I think we can go well - getting that result in the opening game against Turkey was crucial. It’s a tough group but you never know with football. We are super fit and have a lot of heart and spirit.
If Australia are to go far this year, which one player do you think will be key to that success?
Harry Souttar at the back is key. He really holds our defence together and has been a stand out for us in previous tournaments. [Mohamed] Touré upfront obviously too. If defence can hold tight then we can be effective on the counter attack with the speed of Touré.
Who do you think will win the World Cup and why?
England, because it’s about time! I actually think [Thomas] Tuchel is the man for the job - he has a clear game plan and knows what he wants from his players. I feel like they will be more organised in defence than previous tournaments.
'Hurracane' by DMA'S is out now. The band's fifth studio album, 'DMA'S', is set for release on August 21st.
