Kojo Peprah Oppong is set to join Fenerbahçe from Nice for €12m, with a four-year contract due to be signed on Thursday.
According to L'Équipe, the clubs reached agreement within hours, helped by Fenerbahçe executives being in Nice at the time.

The visiting officials watched their side win in Lyon on Wednesday in a Champions League play-off, then travelled to Monaco for the league-phase draw.
The Ghanaian defender joined Nice from Norrköping last year for €2.7m and departs after one season.
Nice have also secured a 10% sell-on clause.
The club are not expected to seek a centre-back replacement, with six to seven players already available in that position.
