According to O Jogo, Porto have added Thiago Silva, Oskar Pietuszewski, Moffi and Fofana this winter, and one must be omitted from their Europa League list for the second phase. In principle, the 17-year-old winger would be the player left out.

The final call rests with Farioli and is due by Thursday. Under UEFA regulations, clubs may register a maximum of three new players for the remainder of the competition, with a deadline of 5 February 2026 at 24:00 CET.

Space for three registrations is already available. Eustáquio is to sign for LA FC, Pedro Lima has returned to Wolverhampton, and Luuk de Jong is sidelined through injury.

That trio of openings allows three reinforcements to be listed without removing anyone else. One newcomer will therefore remain unregistered for Europe.

Pietuszewski’s status will be clarified when Porto submit their squad for the second phase.
