Joe Cole spent seven very successful seasons at Chelsea, firmly establishing himself as a fans favourite and a Blues icon in that period.
His goal on this day in 2006 to seal a second consecutive league title for the club is a big reminder why.
Needing only a point against second-placed Manchester United, Jose Mourinho's men took the lead inside five minutes through William Gallas, but it was the former England international's wonderful goal and celebration that started the party at Stamford Bridge.
Of the 39 goals he scored for the club, it is perhaps the one most fondly remembered.
Cole would claim a third league title with Chelsea in his final season before departing in the summer of 2010.
