Ousmane Dembélé hit a 32-minute hat-trick for France against Norway at the World Cup. It was the first treble of his international career.
According to L'Équipe, the PSG forward delivered a masterful first half.
He opened the scoring with a right-foot finish in the seventh minute, then powered in from outside the area in the 20th minute.
He completed the treble in the 32nd minute with a curling left-foot effort after Aurélien Tchouaméni’s vertical pass to the right of the box. Dembélé unbalanced the Norwegian defence with one, then two feints before striking unstoppably.
The haul lifts him to 11 international goals, four of them in the past five days, a pointed response to earlier criticism of his finishing for Les Bleus.
