Ousmane Dembélé was substituted for PSG against Chelsea in the Champions League round of 16 first leg, prompting fresh questions over his fitness.

He was taken off in the 69th minute at the Parc des Princes and replaced by Lee Kang-in. L'Équipe notes that his reaction as he left raised doubts over whether it was Luis Enrique's choice or a new issue.

The forward had only just returned to the starting XI after a calf problem, following a 30-minute run-out in the 1-3 defeat at Monaco on 6 March. He had scored in the first half on a counter-attack in the 40th minute.

He appeared to grimace while exiting the pitch, enough to invite questions rather than immediate alarm.

Dembélé then sat on the bench for the remainder. He did not show further discomfort and was not approached by the club's medical staff.
