Italy international Marco Palestra is undergoing a Chelsea medical in London today as his move from Atalanta edges closer.
Sky Sport Italia reports a €57m fee plus €3m in add-ons and a 10 per cent sell-on clause, while Ben Jacobs notes the price is more than €50m.

Chelsea are said to have doubled Inter’s €2.5m-a-season proposal, so Palestra will earn €5m net per year on a six-year deal with an option for a further season.
Inter had been close to an agreement worth €45m plus €5m in bonuses with Atalanta, but could not match Chelsea’s improved package.
The right-back travelled to London yesterday and his representatives are finalising the remaining contract details.
