After a season without silverware, Palmeiras are advancing 2026 plans, weighing offers for Luighi and Facundo Torres, with further departures not ruled out.
The Athletic reports that Austin FC have offered around $9.5 million, roughly R$51 million, for Facundo Torres, and talks are ongoing.
In recent days, Palmeiras received three proposals from Brazil and overseas for forward Luighi, an academy graduate in the senior squad since 2024, with suitors not disclosed.
The club are assessing the conditions and could agree a sale in this window. Luighi scored the team’s first goal of 2026 against Portuguesa in the Campeonato Paulista opener.
Goalkeeper Weverton, centre-back Micael and midfielder Anibal Moreno have already left. The club are not ruling out further exits and will not take a hard line over fresh bids.
The 2026 budget projects R$1.2 billion in revenue, with R$399.6 million expected from player trading, the largest share. Those figures mirror recent seasons, which included the sales of Endrick in 2024 and Estêvão in 2025.
