At the end of 2025, Palmeiras extended his contract to September 2028. As he was under 18 then, regulations limited the term to three years.

Now 18 this month, discussions with the academy graduate include an improved salary.

Pacheco captains the under-17s and is regarded as one of the standout talents in the academy. This season he has played 17 games at that level, scoring three, and has made three outings for the under-20s.

Primarily a holding midfielder, he is considered capable of joining attacks and can also operate as a number eight, a common profile in Palmeiras’ youth ranks.
