Palmeiras released its August 2026 accounts on Monday. The club said in a statement that it posted a R$ 39.692 million deficit after budgeting for a R$ 51.765 million surplus.

Across the first eight months, the club shows a R$ 196.094 million deficit versus a projected R$ 73.684 million surplus. The shortfall is concentrated in miscellaneous income, which includes Arena revenues and player trading.

For August, income totalled R$ 99.806 million against a R$ 175.220 million forecast, while expenses reached R$ 118.886 million compared with a R$ 113.550 million budget.

Within miscellaneous income, the budget for the first eight months was R$ 453.146 million, while R$ 136.952 million was realised over the first seven months.

The sale of Allan to Manchester City, agreed in late August for about R$ 223 million fixed, has not yet been recognised. The transaction will ease the club’s cash flow.

In December 2025, the club’s advisory and audit council approved the 2026 budget, projecting R$ 1.2 billion in revenue and an R$ 11.2 million surplus. Forecast income includes R$ 399.6 million from player sales, R$ 296.5 million from sponsorship and licensing, R$ 185.6 million in TV rights, R$ 84.3 million from Avanti memberships, R$ 76.6 million in social revenue, R$ 84.4 million in other income, R$ 62 million in sporting prizes and R$ 61.9 million at the gate.
