With the exception of Chelsea u21 midfielder Omari Kellyman, who has a hamstring injury, the Blues have two illness and injury concerns on Monday morning.
The first is Jadon Sancho, who was struggling with an illness last week. The winger has been out of training for a few days, but should be back in contention for Chelsea’s Europa Conference League fixture on Thursday.
Sancho’s involvement in that game would give us a concrete answer as to his availability against Arsenal, so Thursday’s squad will be one to keep an eye on.

The other concern is around Cole Palmer, with the player suffering a minor knee injury in a reckless challenge from Manchester United’s Lisandro Martinez.
Enzo Maresca said after the game that Palmer “was in the changing room with ice”, and that they were waiting for a further assessment. But he added: “Hopefully, it is nothing important.”
Unlike with Sancho, Thursday’s Chelsea game won’t tell us anything about Palmer. The player is ineligible for Chelsea fixtures in the Europa Conference League, as they decided to leave him out of their squad.
But there’s nothing at this stage to suggest that Palmer won’t be ready to face Arsenal on Sunday, after a rest in midweek.

With Sancho and Palmer likely to be available against Arsenal, and Kellyman never having featured in a senior lineup for the club, it’s fair to say that Chelsea are set to have a fully-fit senior squad on Sunday – barring any new injuries between now and then.
