Jagiellonia Białystok have signed 22-year-old fixo Papagaio from Corinthians.
According to Meu Timao, Corinthians confirmed the futsal departure on Wednesday.
Papagaio joined in early 2023 and made his senior debut on 5 April, coming off the bench in a 6-1 win over AABB in the Campeonato Paulista de Futsal.
He split time between under-20 and senior sides, then earned a long-term deal in December 2024, renewed in early January to the end of 2026, before opting for Europe.
In July he won World University gold with Brazil at a tournament staged in Poland.
For the senior team he played 62 games, with 37 wins, 10 draws and 15 defeats, scored nine goals, made one assist and lifted the Torneio Mucho Más in 2025.
Coach Fernando Malafaia now counts on Caio Barros, Da Bonja and Lucas Martins as experienced fixos, with Fellype Bancatelli promoted this year.
Recent exits also include Marlon, Edimar, Igor Carioca, Luisinho, Luiz Brizzi, Israel Neto and Deives, who retired at the end of 2025.
The departures mirror cost-cutting and a wider reset under president Osmar Stabile, with only Oitomeia, Fabinho and Kevin William added for this season, the latter since leaving.
Corinthians visit Magnus at 20:00 on Thursday 27 August at Arena Sorocaba in round 12 of the Campeonato Paulista de Futsal.
